The hotel staff were polite. They responded quickly to my requests, especially when i asked for extra towels, a quick resolution, and a comfy bed. i also enjoyed the rooftop barwith a relaxed vibe, including great service and quality cocktails. i appreciated the central location. It made it easy to walk to most attractions, saving on transportation costs.

The location was acceptable. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
I found the air conditioning to be inadequate upon arrival. It struggled to cool the room properly. people dragged furniture overhead at night. This disrupted sleep.
